Open application roles: Fraud Officer, Azure Engineer - Identity Experience, Account Manager, and MKCS Executive Manager.

Open Positions

Four roles focused on trust, engineering, customers, and growth.

Each position below supports product readiness and revenue growth for MKCS Identity Intelligence, Support Ticketing System, Centralized Calendar Intelligence, and the full MKCS Ecosystem.

Accepting ApplicationsFraud Operations

Fraud Officer

The Fraud Officer supports the trust and risk posture of MKCS Identity Intelligence. This role reviews suspicious identity patterns, monitors risk indicators, evaluates evidence quality, and helps Markotek build a consistent, documented fraud review process for clients using identity verification workflows.

Role Description

The Fraud Officer is expected to understand how identity evidence can be incomplete, inconsistent, or suspicious. The role works closely with reviewers, account managers, and platform leadership to identify patterns, document escalation criteria, and support client-ready operational standards. This is not just a review role; it is a trust operations role that helps Markotek protect customers, improve reviewer guidance, and strengthen the MKCS fraud review model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review submitted identity verification cases, document evidence, selfie evidence, and case metadata for fraud indicators.
  • Identify patterns such as mismatched names, poor evidence quality, repeated submission behavior, inconsistent documents, unusual timing, or suspicious review signals.
  • Document fraud observations in clear, professional, audit-ready language that can support client conversations and internal quality improvement.
  • Escalate high-risk cases to leadership or designated reviewers with a concise summary of risk and recommended next action.
  • Help build fraud review playbooks, escalation thresholds, reviewer guidance, and case quality standards for MKCS Identity Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with account managers when a client needs explanation of review outcomes, operational patterns, or evidence quality concerns.
  • Support product feedback by identifying workflow improvements, reporting needs, and additional fraud indicators that should be visible to reviewers.

Ideal Background

Experience in fraud review, identity verification, banking operations, government intake, healthcare enrollment, compliance support, trust and safety, investigations, or high-sensitivity customer operations is helpful. Strong writing, judgment, attention to detail, and confidentiality are required.

  • Help troubleshoot authentication, authorization, configuration, deployment, storage, CORS, and integration issues across static sites and platform services.
  • Collaborate with product leadership on secure architecture improvements for Identity Intelligence, Support Ticketing, Calendar Intelligence, and future client integrations.
  • Protect secrets, configuration data, customer data, and environment details while maintaining practical engineering speed.

Ideal Background

Experience with Azure administration, Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, cloud security, application integration, infrastructure troubleshooting, scripting, or Microsoft 365/Azure operations is preferred. The best candidate can work hands-on and explain decisions clearly.
